Kangana Ranaut Slapped by CISF Jawan at Chandigarh Airport

Indian female parliamentarian and actress of Hindi cinema film industry Kangana Ranaut was reportedly slapped by a Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) woman constable at Chandigarh Airport. Today, this incident has stirred social media around the world when it happened that she was on her way to the boarding gate for her Delhi flight.

According to eyewitnesses, an argument took place between Kangana and CISF personnel identified as Constable Kulwinder Kaur. The soldier then allegedly slapped Kangana Ranaut rage after which she hurled insults at her due to her comments during farmer protest or kisan andolan which were widely criticized.

The whole scene unfolded inside the airport lounge where Kangana had settled before her journey. Eyewitnesses say that a verbal altercation immediately turned into physical assault being witnessed in shock by some bystanders. Kangana’s official statement has expressed her intensifying bewilderment and disgust over the event. “While I was just walking towards the boarding area just now that lady came aggressively towards me. She hit my face while cursing me…” she said while asking for severe consequences against the constable involved.
