Siri is an intelligent personal assistant, part of Apple Inc.’s iOs operating system. The assistant uses voice queries and a natural language user interface to answer questions, make recommendations and perform an action by delegating requests to a set of internet services. The software adapts to users’ individual language usages, searches, and performances.
There is a common perception that Siri struggles with Indian accents and terms.
However, with the continuous efforts of making Siri more and more better, making her more aware of the accents and terms there has been a big achievement.
Recently Siri was wished “Happy Diwali” and to a surprise, it came up with amazing responses. Also, what was more impressive was that the responses were more conversational than informative.
Siri gave a variety of responses like, “Happy Diwali to you too” and “Eat Sweets and Prosper”

and also like “Happy Diwali Nimish! Save me a Laddu! ”
Interesting! Siri is becoming more Indian with every passing day says @nimishdubey who wished Siri a Happy Diwali 🙂 https://t.co/MXSeTOyFvM
