Journalist Rishabh Rajput posted the video on X saying, “A surprising video from Jaipur shows a kidnapped child reunited with police, but instead of being happy, the child hugs the kidnapper and cries. The kidnapper also gets emotional. This scene is complicated and raises questions about how people form connections and deal with difficult situations.”
Reports state that Chahar, who was living along the Yamuna river in Vrindavan while disguised as a monk, was arrested by Jaipur police in Aligarh on August 27.
