FTII goes on Strike. What Gajendra Chauhan SAID?

ScreenShot473
Students of Film and Television Institute of India has gone on a Strike and its all because of YUDHISTHIR of Mahabharat. Gajendra Chauhan has been appointed as the chairman and this has not gone well with the students, who are calling it Saffronisation of the Institute!

All activities including classes, shoots and practicals have been stopped from today. Gajendra Chauhan has been associated with the BJP for over 20 years and became an official member in 2004, had campaigned extensively for the party in Haryana during the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections last year.

The discomfort seems to be lead by anti-rightist groups who are siting a tradition of secularism by naming former chairpersons like G Karnad, Mohan Agashe, M Bhat.
