Ease in Commute for Delhiites as Kejriwal Inaugurates Ashram Flyover

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal will inaugurate long delayed ashram flyover, which will ease the traffic on the Delhi Noida route. people coming to Delhi via Noida using sarae kale kha route will have a cut in wait time and this flyover will soothe the traffic congestion in the area.

This 1425 m long flyover has been in focus since AAP came into power in Delhi after re-elections in  2020. And on the ceremony, he said a lot of infrastructure projects have been under construction in Delhi and will be inaugurated in future.

For the time being, only light vehicles will be permitted on the flyover. The traffic advisory only addresses trucks and buses, but officials did not specify when heavy vehicles would be permitted on the route because doing so would necessitate moving high-tension wires and poles.

It is still urged that commuters travelling from Sarai Kale Khan not use the Ashram flyover and to continue with their regular travel plans. The flyover would reduce the distance between Noida and South Delhi by 25 minutes.
