Kanjhawala accident: A woman dragged by a car was accompanied by a friend, who fled the accident spot.

CCTV footage from a party where the victim was prior to the accident has surfaced. The victim, Anjali Singh, was accompanied by a friend when she left the New Year’s Eve party, according to the video. Nidhi has been identified as the deceased victim’s friend.

The CCTV footage also shows Anjali as the pillion passenger while her friend Nidhi drove the scooter when the two women left the party; however, reports indicate that the two women later swapped places.

According to reports, the police successfully locate her, and the friend’s statement will be recorded today. The police were made aware of the new discovery of the victim is accompanied by a friend while combing through CCTV footage to determine the trajectory of the route taken by Anjali and her friend.

It is also reported that the victim’s friend suffered minor injuries but fled the scene after the accident.

The eyewitness reported the incident to the police and also pursued the car that was dragging the girl along, resulting in her death. Anjali, 20, was killed in a car accident on the eve of the New Year.

The car, a Maruti Baleno, slammed into the scooter and attempted to flee the scene, but the 20-year-hand old’s became stuck to the vehicle, causing the girl to be dragged for kilometers before her body could be freed.

According to reports, the accused, who was driving the car, felt that something was stuck to the car after the accident; however, the accused’s friends who were in the car dismissed his claims. The victims were intoxicated at the time of the accident, and the police have charged all five of the men in the car with culpable homicide not amounting to murder, rash driving, and causing death by negligence.

The victim’s family has also claimed that their daughter was sexually assaulted, but no evidence has been found.
