On his birthday on September 3, Founder of Isha Foundation Sadhguruji has initiated a motorcycle rally named, Cauvery Calling, from Talacauvery to Chennai covering around 3,500 km to seek support for protection of the Cauvery River and plantation of around 242 crore trees in river basin to enhance ground water table.

The rally will end on September 15 primarily focus on boosting the flow of the river and enhance farmers financial conditions. Cauvery Calling is the second on-ground river revitalization project launched by the Isha Foundation.
