The Congress is set to take over the leadership in Karnataka after defeating BJP in Election. It is assumed that the campaign ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ worked well in favor of Rahul Gandhi. There were only two states, Rajasthan and Chattisgarh where Congress was in power lately. But now, there are a total of three states, ruled by Congress.
Out of 224 seats, congress got 136, BJP got 65 and JD got 19 seats.
Congress is regaining confidence and will be hit with more power in upcoming elections. BJP should take lessons from this defeat and work on the points that are more preferred by people other than the mandir and masjid topic.
