Kashmir in News again!…. with a big bang of abolition of Article 370. It was a strong step taken by Modi Government immediate after the curtailment of Amarnath Yatra and Machail Mata Yatra due to security reasons.
The article 370, which came into effect in 1949, exempts Jammu and Kashmir State from the Indian constitution, has been abolished in the year 2019. This article granted special status to the state of Jammu and Kashmir gave provision to make its own laws in all matters except finance, defense, foreign affairs and communications.
There is a mixed reaction of kashmiri’s and other people on social media on Kashmir Article 370 Issue.
India is a full democracy.

Pakistan is a 100% terror state.
So the choice is easy.
Welcome home #Kashmir. #IndiaForKashmir 🇮🇳
Like demonetization has ended India’s Black Money; Balakot has killed all terrorists in Pakistan; similarly scraping #Art370 will also solve #Kashmir Issue.

Former J&K chief minister and Peoples Democratic Party chief Mehbooba Mufti, who was placed under house arrest, Twitted against the abrogation.
With the approval of President Ram Nath Kovind as he has exercised his power under Clause 1 of Article 370, this abolition has taken shape. Amit Shah said in the Rajya Sabha, “Under Article 370 there is a provision that the President may by public notification declare that this article shall cease to be operative… from such date as he may specify… Because there is President’s rule, all decisions of the Assembly will be taken by the House and we can pass the order with majority”.

“Anyone Who Says Article 370 Abolition needs Parliament Approval is either ignorant of the Constitution or An illiterate
It Just needs a Presidential Notification of a Cabinet Resolution”

For decades we Kashmiris have served as the placard for leaders to meet their own political interest.
Quite evidently, the ones who really want the progress of Kashmiris have taken the bold step of scrapping #Article370 pic.twitter.com/wOu6gwEPu8
