Wawrinka won the #FrenchOpen and the world immediately took notice of the fact that he defeated World o 1 Novak Djokovic, who has had such a great time over the last several months. BBC was right in quoting, “The world number one played well enough to have beaten almost anyone, but for 3 hours and 12 minutes, Wawrinka didn’t play like just anyone.”

More than than ‘shots’ the ‘Shorts’ that Stan wore in the match got into limelight and Wawrinka said in the post match Interview “It will be in the museum of Roland Garros,” he explained. “You will see my shorts every day if you want. Everybody talks about the shorts. I quite like them. Apparently I’m the only one.”

Is Novak less of a legend if he has not won the French Open? Is Leonardo a lesser actor if he has not won an Oscar and to top it all, is Messi not ‘God of Football’ if he has not won the World Cup? Makes us think, Do awards decide the level of our success ??
