Xiaomi is preparing to release its second tablet, known as the Xiaomi Pad 6 in India. The tablet will be released in India on June 13, which is today. Xiaomi has returned to the Indian tablet market after a seven-year absence. The Pad 6 made its debut in China in April, along with a “pro” form, although it appears that the pro variant will not be available in India for the time being. In India, Xiaomi previously released the Pad 5 with a keyboard and stylus. The tablet was well-received by the audience, and the Pad 5’s performance generates high expectations for the Pad 6, which is slated to include improved internals and more functionality.
Expected Price and Launch Timeline
The last Xiaomi tablet, the Pad 5, was released in India with a starting price of Rs 26,999 for the 6GB/128GB model and a price of Rs 28,999 for the 6GB/256GB model. Prior to the release of the Xiaomi Pad 6, both variants of the Pad 5 have seen price cuts of up to Rs1,000. As a result, the Pad 6 might be priced similarly. The launch ceremony will begin at 11 a.m. and will be broadcast live on the company’s official social media channels and YouTube.
