Somewhere Unlikely that Delhi would see a Record High Temperature; Officials will Confirm

On May 29, 2024 Union Minister Kiren Rijiju gave a statement about the record breaking
temperature and increasing day by day in New Delhi (Capital of India), recorded by the
city’s weather station. The minister of earth science posted a microblog on the social
media platform X, confirming the satisfaction of the data. Official statement about the
high temperature recorded isn’t given yet. It is hard to believe that Delhi would see the
highest record breaking temperature of 52.3° C. We demand news satisfaction from the
highest officials. The statement will be released officially, as given by Kiran Rijiju on his
Twitter account.

The highest temperature till today in India was recorded as 52.3° C, which was broken
today at Mungeshpur meteorological station. Some people call it the result of error in
the sensor and all the local factors that are responsible for such high temperatures
recorded. This high temperature is responsible for the death of numerous people and
causes dehydration among lots of people.

Consequently, the high temperature will be responsible for the high electricity power
consumption in the City. The electricity distributor gave a statement about the highest
power consumption in Delhi of 8,302 MW at 3.36 pm. This is the very first time one
power consumption reached this level. 8,200 MW power consumption will exceed in the
upcoming days predicted by electricity distributor officials as the temperature increases
in Delhi day by day.

The rainfall is captured in the evening which becomes a mode of relaxation for Delhi
people to get rid of the high temperature. Many people thank god for raining by posting
on social media accounts like Twitter.
