The film, which holds a special place in the hearts of many, marked the Bollywood debut of Sanjana in a lead role and was the last film of the beloved actor Sushant Singh Rajput.

In her post, Sanjana expressed deep gratitude and nostalgia. She wrote, “4 years to this most special day. A day for me to reflect on the unbelievable journey thus far, and immerse myself in nostalgia. Mukesh Chhabra directed the adaptation of John Green’s novel The Fault In Our Stars, starring Sanjana Sanghi and Sushant Singh Rajput. Released a month after Sushant’s untimely death, Dil Bechara poignantly showcases his immense talent and the joy he brought to audiences. He first rose to fame with the TV show Pavitra Rishta, and later made a successful transition to films with his debut in Kai Po Che! in 2013. Audiences still celebrate his portrayal of MS Dhoni in MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, and his diverse roles in Kedarnath, Raabta, and Detective Byomkesh Bakshy! highlight his versatility.
