On Friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will travel to Assam to lay the cornerstone for and dedicate to the country projects totaling about 14,300 crore. The Prime Minister will visit AIIMS Guwahati and tour the medical center’s brand-new campus. He will then dedicate AIIMS Guwahati and three other medical schools to the country at a public event.
Additionally, by distributing Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) cards to qualified beneficiaries, he would officially launch the “Aapke Dwar Ayushman” campaign and set the cornerstone for the Assam Advanced Health Care Innovation Institute (AAHII).The Prime Minister will be present at the event celebrating the Guwahati High Court’s platinum jubilee at Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra in Guwahati.The Prime Minister will travel to Sarusajai Stadium in Guwahati to oversee a public event.
In Guwahati’s Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra, the Prime Minister will be present for the event commemorating the Guwahati High Court’s platinum jubilee.
On his way to Sarusajai Stadium in Guwahati to preside over a public event, the Prime Minister will see a vibrant Bihu programme put on by more than 10,000 Bihu dancers. Various development projects, including the commissioning of a 500 TPD menthol plant in Namrup, the laying of the foundation stone for a bridge across the Brahmaputra River connecting Palashbari and Sualkuchi, the laying of the foundation stone for the beautification of Rang Ghar in Sivasagar, and the dedication of five railway projects to the country will also be accomplished during the programme.
