Jungkook to Drop New Single ‘Never Let Go’ as a tribute to Army’s

Get ready for a thrilling treat, BTS fans! While all BTS members are currently fulfilling their mandatory military service, the youngest member, Jungkook, will surprise his admirers with a new song titled “Never Let Go.” The highly awaited track will drop on June 7th at 13:00 KST via Weverse and BTS’s official channels.

The buzz started on June 2nd when Jungkook announced the single on social media leaving ARMYs in a frenzy. “”Never Let Go,” directed by HYBE, BTS’s management company, is undoubtedly an emotional dedication to their fans. According to the press release, this song aims to convey the deep feelings BTS has for their supporters who continue to embrace their music.

This comes as Jungkook’s first solo work after he put out his debut album “Golden,” that took over the charts in 2023 peaking at No. 2 on Billboard 200. Fans are excited and anticipating how this new release would compare and expectations are very high.

On top of that, BTS has also announced the 2024 FESTA which will come before their debut anniversary. The Seoul Sports Complex, on June 13, will see the traditional celebration in which they indulge each year. What is most exciting about all this? Jin, who is known as the oldest member of BTS, will make his first appearance after military service to the delight of fans.

Currently, all BTS members are serving in the military and are expected back for group activities in 2025. By then, Jungkook and Jimin will have completed their duties on June 11, 2025, after enlisting on December 12, 2023. Meanwhile, fans can anticipate more surprises and musical releases from their favorite idols, including the new single by Maknae.
