India’s biggest medal hope this time from men’s hockey to win a gold this time shattered by Belgium in the semi finals.
On Tuesday, India lost to Belgium with 5-2 in the semi finals and now will be competing in the upcoming match for the bronze medal. There was a medal hope for gold after a huge gap when the men’s hockey team came to the semi finals.
India was leading in the first two quarters of the game with 2-1 but then Belgium hold it back and defeated India with the margin of 5-2 in the last quarter. Now there is a medal of bronze for which India will be competing in upcoming match.
