Daniel Kotchen is the Washington DC-based lawyer and his firm, Kotchen & Flow, has filed a suit against the TCS last month and also responsible for the half of a dozen suits against IT giants in India. Accusing the mentioned company of discriminating against US citizens while the hiring process in that country.
Kotchen has filed a total of seven class action suits against the top six Indian services companies. It all started from the first case that was filed against Infosys in the year 2013, and after that in 2015 it sued TCS, and afterward in 2017 Wipro and Cognizant.

In an interview with a respected Indian newspaper Kotchen said it is their practice in the area, devoted to protecting employees and their rights, either they are visa holders or local hires.
